With a heavy duty motor it will not die on you. It is a great all around mixer if you only have enough room for one machine. This is the miniature version of my old Hobart 80 qt. mixer that I had in my bakery. It can do anything good. While I like them, I feel they are the all around mixer, not great at everything but can do most anything. Plus they look cool on your counter.
